A1 Technologies Welcomes Amar Bilas as Head of Microsoft Cloud Services  

We’re thrilled to announce that Amar Bilas has joined A1 Technologies as our new Head of Microsoft Cloud Services.  

With over a decade of experience delivering Microsoft cloud transformation programs for enterprise and mid-market organisations, Amar brings exceptional technical leadership, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to build high-performing Microsoft Cloud services teams. After several successful years in the United Kingdom, Amar has recently returned to Australia making this the perfect time to take on a strategic leadership role as A1 Technologies accelerates its growth in Microsoft Cloud.

Amar’s appointment reflects A1 Technologies’ commitment to expanding our Microsoft Cloud practice and strengthening our delivery capability across Azure, Modern Workplace, Power Platform, and Copilot. His experience spans complex Azure migrations, cloud infrastructure design, application modernisation, workplace transformation, identity and security uplift, and supporting clients to adopt cloud-native operating models. Alongside his technical depth, Amar is recognised for his focus on customer outcomes and for fostering collaborative, high-trust delivery cultures qualities that align perfectly with A1 Technologies’ values and vision.

Rob Rattray is the Commercial Director of A1 Technologies, a Microsoft consultancy based in Australia. Rob's focus is settings the strategic and cultural direction for A1 Technologies, while also overseeing Sales and Marketing. Rob is passionate about business and helping good people do good things through technology.
