ANSIC approached A1 Technologies in early 2020 to assist with an audit and remediation project; ANSIC were scaling their business and looking to launch a number of new products to market, and their IT environment had to be working with the business, not against it.
ANSIC were having frequent and frustrating issues with document management, storage and security. Specifically, critical documents were not available in a timely manner across remote devices for field operations causing delays in communications and confusion for remote workers.
Additionally, due to their IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 not being properly setup critical and confidential information was not securely stored across devices correctly.
These ongoing synchronisation and security issues were causing problems with productivity, communication, and collaboration.
